Can I use Lingua Flux in my classroom?

Yes, the ready-made pdf teaching materials are offered under a free educational license and can be freely used in any classroom (public, private or commercial). 

Note some platforms have policies that restrict public broadcast. It really depends on local laws. YouTube is probably a good option for the classroom, as the artist has given public permission for classroom broadcast.

Also I cannot speak for the other artists. I have no authority over their rights. But it is generally safe to set their songs as homework listenings, where the student is listening on digital platforms like Spotify or TikTok. Its good for everyone.

Can I make my own TEFL activities?

Yes, Lingua Flux allows this. There is one plain text song-words pdf for each song. This is under a license allowing schools and teachers to edit and make their own activities. For example, add a school logo, add first language instructions or delete select words to make a gap fill. Just remember to credit Lingua Flux as shown in the license.
